In this section, I will try and address most of your questions, if you don't see an answer to a question you have, please contact me and I get back to you.
About My Beads:
All my pieces are made by me in my home studio. I use a variety of glass and techniques in my bead designs. Each bead is properly annealed in a digitally-control kiln overnight for strength and durability. With that being said, please remember that these beads are glass and can break if improperly handled or misused. All beads are cleaned and inspected prior to being placed on sale. Because my bead are all handmade, the sizes are approximate, as every attempt has been made to be as specific as I can on their size.
Shipping & Handling
All my beads are shipped using First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, with the option of Priority Mail. I will mail your beads out to you within 3 days of receiving payment confirmation from Paypal. Any orders over $100.00 ship free.
Insurance:
I suggest purchasing insurance as I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages once it has been dropped of at the post office - no exceptions made. The insurance rates are as follows:
$0.01 to $50 $1.75
$50.01 to $100 $2.25
$100.01 to $200 $2.75
$200.01 to 300 $4.70
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item/s purchased within 7 days of delivery, otherwise no return will be accepted. Refunds cannot be made for custom made pieces that have been personalized for you, but I will try and correct what you don't like about your custom piece/s. Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable.
Notify me, Kathie Khaladkar, at godesigns@hotmail.com or KathieKhal@comcast.net as soon as possible of your return. I will then supply you with an address of where to return the item/s.
To return an item:
1. mail the unworn/unused item/s in it's original condition
2. include a copy of the original sales receipt
3. include your name, address, phone number, email address....so that I may be able to contact you, if necessary.
4. mail the item/s in a padded envelope or box to prevent any damange during shipping
5. insure the package for the full value amount of the item
6. use a shipping method that uses tracking...as I am not responsible for lost or damanged items during shipping
After receiving the item:
1. the item/s will be inspected to verify that it's in the originial condition
2. the total purchase price will be refunded to thru Paypal
What is not covered on a return:
- there is no refund for an item/s that are not in their original condition, the item will be returned to you.
- there is no refund on shipping & handling charges
- there is no refund on postage expenses incurred to ship a returned item/s
